DFX1000 – Ethernet Access / Ethernet Over Fiber

The Avara DFX1000 provides Switched Ethernet, E1 and Serial data interfaces for transmission over optical fibre at gigabit transmission speeds. For existing PDH networks that require a cost-effective upgrade to support gigabit Ethernet speeds, the DFX1000 provides an effective solution. Designed to provide a reliable solution that can withstand the high temperatures and harsh environments typically found in electricity substation and rail environments. The DFX1000 is fully manageable via SNMP, HPOV, HTTP and TELNET, or CLI. The DFX1000 can operate in point to point and loop network topologies.
